 PARENTS' CORNER

WELCOME TO OUR

PARENTS' CORNER

We at True United Learning Center are so excited that you have chosen to entrust the care and well-being of your child in our care. We are honored and humbled by your confidence in us.  We accept your trust with great  responsibility and an enormous sense of pride.

We will not disappoint you, we aim to keep you stress-free and self-assured, knowing that your child/children are in a safe and nurturing environment that is conducive to their growth and development both physically, socially, emotionally and cognitively.

Our Policies

Illness:

A child with fever can return to daycare after a period of 24 hours of being fever free, or until a medical evaluation indicates inclusion.  A child with diarrhea, vomiting, or any communicable illness can return back to day care with a physician’s note stating the illness is no longer communicable, or infectious, and that the child is healthy enough to engage in daily activities.

Medication:

A Medication Log must be filled out in its entirety and signed by parent before medication can be dispensed.

All medication must be in its original container and labeled with the child’s name, required dosage, and frequency.

Extra Clothe

Your child must have two extra sets of clothes at all times. All clothes must be labeled with your child’s name. All blankets must be taken home as needed for washing.

Potty Training

Do not start toilet training until both you and your child are ready. You are ready when

you are able to devote the time and energy necessary to encourage your child on a daily

basis.

We will assist you in toilet training your child with the understanding that it will be successful only if we work together. We will use cotton underwear or pull-ups supplied by the parent.
